VHub privacy policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

VHub is one player account for every VGraphics game and app: your name and picture, a level and XP, achievements, friends and invites to rooms, and the VHub pages at vgraphics.gr/hub. This policy explains what VHub keeps about you, why, where, who sees it and for how long. Each game's own privacy policy covers what that game does besides VHub, such as its ads.

The short version

Who we are

VHub is run by VGRAPHICS SINGLE MEMBER P.C., a company registered in Greece, which also makes the games and apps that use it ("VGraphics", "we", "us"). We decide what happens to your VHub data and are responsible for it. Our details are at the end of this page and on the company information page.

What VHub keeps

Your account

  • Your VHub id: a random identifier that Google Firebase Authentication makes for your account.
  • A guest account has nothing else: no name, email or other details. It lives in the browser or app that made it.
  • If you sign in with Google: your Google account's id, email address, name and profile picture link, which Google shares with Firebase Authentication when you sign in. We use them only to sign you in and to show which account is linked.
  • If you sign in with Apple: your Apple ID's user id, the email address Apple shares (your own, or a private relay address if you choose Hide My Email) and the name you share, which Apple gives Firebase Authentication when you sign in. We use them only to sign you in and to show which account is linked. When you delete your account, we also ask Apple to end VHub's access to your Apple ID.
  • In games on CrazyGames: your CrazyGames user id, username and profile picture. VHub keeps a copy of that picture so every platform shows it the same way.
  • Your age group, if a game asks your birth year: only "under 13", "13 to 15" or "16 and over" is kept, never the year.
  • Your settings: what friends may see, who may invite you, and which notifications you want.

Your profile and progress

  • Your VHub name, your picture (one of the preset pictures, or a photo you upload), and the title, badges and picture frame you choose to show.
  • What the games report about your play: counts such as levels won, matches played and won, time played and maps cleared, and the XP, level and achievements they earn you.
  • Your entries on leaderboards, which games and apps you have played, and when you first and last played each.
  • Your match history: for each room match, the game, mode, when it ended, the number of players, your place, points and time, whether you won, and the names of the top three.

Friends, rooms and notifications

  • Your friends, friend requests you sent and received, the players you blocked, and your friend code.
  • Your online status: whether you're online, away or offline, which game you're in and what you're doing there (such as "in a room"), the room you're in, and the type of device.
  • Rooms you open in a game, while they are open, and invites into rooms you send and receive.
  • Your inbox: invites, friend requests, achievements and notes from us.
  • For notifications on your phone: each device's notification token, with the app, the platform, the app's version and when it was last used.

Safety and running the service

  • Reports you make about names and pictures, reports about yours, and the results: removed names and pictures, and upload strikes.
  • Signs of cheating, such as results that can't be true, which can keep an account off the leaderboards.
  • Server logs: the requests our servers answer, with the time, your VHub id, your IP address and any error. They help us find faults and abuse.

Why

We use this information to give you what you asked for when you use VHub: an account that works in every VGraphics game and app, your profile, XP, level and achievements, leaderboards, friends, rooms, invites and notifications. That is the legal basis for most of it (article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

We also use it to keep VHub safe and fair: to check pictures, act on reports, enforce blocks, keep cheated results off the leaderboards, and find faults and abuse. That is our legitimate interest, and yours as a player (article 6(1)(f)).

We don't use your information for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't make automated decisions about you beyond the checks described here.

Where it is kept

VHub runs on Google Firebase and Google Cloud, which process the data on our behalf under Google's data processing terms. Those terms also cover any transfer of data outside the European Union.

  • The database (Cloud Firestore), the pictures (Cloud Storage) and the servers (Cloud Functions) are in Google's Belgium region (europe-west1) in the EU.
  • Sign-in data is kept by Firebase Authentication, whose location can't be chosen; Google may process it outside the EU, such as in the United States.
  • Pictures are checked by Google Cloud Vision before they are stored.
  • Notifications to phones are delivered by Firebase Cloud Messaging.

See Privacy and Security in Firebase for how Google handles this data.

Who sees what

Everyone, even without signing inYour VHub name (or "Player" and the first 4 characters of your VHub id if you have none), your picture, level, XP, title, badges and frame, the games you have played, your stats, achievements and leaderboard places. Your VHub id is part of your profile's address. Our websites, such as the Exitwise ranking, show the same.
Your friendsWhat you're playing and a room they can join, unless you turn off "Show friends what I'm playing" or choose "Appear offline".
Players you inviteYour name and picture, the game and the room's code.
Only youYour sign-in details, age group, settings, friend code, friend requests, inbox, devices and match history.
VGraphics games and appsEach one uses your VHub id and profile, and what it needs of the rest to run, such as your friends and invites. What a game keeps for itself (such as its saved games) is in that game's own policy.
UsAll of it, to run VHub, help you when you write to us, and handle reports.

Blocking a player shows them to you as "Player" with a preset picture in every game, ends your friendship, stops requests and invites both ways, and keeps you out of their searches.

Names, pictures and safety

  • Names are checked against a list of rude and reserved words when you choose them. A name is for good once saved; if there is a real problem with yours, write to us.
  • Photos can be uploaded only from accounts that can be held to account: Google and Apple accounts, and while Exitwise moves to VHub, its Google Play Games accounts. The picture is cut to a square, copied without its hidden details (such as where and with which camera it was taken) at two small sizes, and checked by Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch for nudity, violence and similar content. Only pictures that pass are stored and shown. You can remove yours at any time.
  • Other players can report a name or a picture. When enough players with established accounts report the same one (three today), it is removed. An uploader who loses two pictures this way can't upload any more.
  • Names and pictures from CrazyGames are moderated by CrazyGames.
  • There is no free text between players anywhere in VHub: no chat and no messages.

Ads, analytics and cookies

VHub shows no ads and sends nothing to advertising networks. It has no analytics or tracking of its own, and the VHub pages set no cookies of their own: your sign-in is kept in your browser's storage by Firebase Authentication. Google's sign-in script is loaded only when you press "Sign in with Google", and Google's own privacy policy covers it. "Sign in with Apple" opens Apple's own sign-in page in a window, which Apple's privacy policy covers. Each game asks for its own ad and analytics choices, as its own policy explains.

How long

  • Your account, profile, progress and friends: until you delete your account. Guest accounts are kept too; we don't clear them out.
  • Invites: 24 hours, or until the room closes. Rooms: at most 24 hours. Other inbox items: 30 days.
  • Match history: 12 months.
  • Daily and monthly leaderboards: 60 days.
  • Server logs: up to 30 days.
  • Moderation records stay after an account is deleted (see below).

Deleting your account, and a copy of your data

You can delete your VHub account in any VGraphics game or app (Settings, "Delete VHub account"), on vgraphics.gr/hub/delete, or by emailing us. Deleting removes at once your profile, name (it becomes free for others), pictures, stats, achievements, XP, leaderboard entries, match history, friends (on both sides), requests, inbox, devices, online status and sign-in links. Then each game deletes what it keeps about your account, within 30 days, and last the account itself is deleted. In a game you can also delete only that game's part.

What we keep after a deletion: upload strikes, stored under a one-way code made from your Google or Apple account id, so that a blocked uploader stays blocked; a name that was removed after reports stays reserved, linked to no one; and reports you made about other players' names or pictures stay counted on theirs. None of it holds your name or picture.

To get a copy of your data, sign in on the VHub pages and choose Settings, "Download my data". You get one file with your account, profile, settings, stats, achievements, match history, friends, requests, inbox and devices (without notification tokens), and each game's part.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to restrict or object to how we use it. Most of this you can do yourself as described above; for anything else, email us. You can change your picture and what you show at any time. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or the authority where you live.

Age

VHub is for players aged 13 and over. When a game asks your birth year, we keep only your age group. Players under 13 can't have a name, a picture, friends, an online status or invites; their progress in the games still counts, as a guest. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we will remove it.

Changes

If VHub starts handling information differently, we will update this page and the date at the top.
