The first player out sees every role and tells the dawns, as Greek groups do.
What it does

In many Greek groups the first player out becomes the narrator. Palermo Noir keeps it: from then on that player's phone shows every role and every night's moves, and offers a choice of lines for the dawn.
The TV says so, so the room knows.
A host rule lets all the dead see everything, livelier for them and leakier among friends, and a host who moderates sees every role from the start.
