The Known Killer, in a fedora and a dark overcoat with a rose on the lapel, lights a match in a doorway of a narrow Palermo alley at night, a black cat on a step

Known Killer

The roles

Picks a victim with the other killers each night. The Police Officer knows his face.

In the game
Classic: in every game, always one

How it works

  1. 1

At the deal, hold to see your card: your partners are named on it.

  2. 2

On the first night, look at your partners and tap I've seen.

  3. 3

From the second night, pick a victim, then name a suspect like everyone else, so your phone looks like theirs.

  4. 4

By day, accuse, argue and vote like a townsperson, and keep away from the officer's suspicion.

What it does

Every night from the second, you and the other killers choose a victim together on your phones. Your partners see your pick, and the most picked player is the victim.

On the first night there is no kill: the killers only see each other, and the Police Officer learns who you are, though not the other killers.
There is always exactly one Known Killer, whatever the number of players.

The officer who knows his face is the heart of the Greek game.
